The basic instructor training course has been developed as a two day training event to teach your attendee's, how to conduct a training session by using basic teaching skills as would be normally expected from a trainer/instructor. The course core-curriculum focuses on developing these teaching skills by learning how to plan, develop, write and present training materials in a classroom training environment. The training course has not designed to teach to the skill level of mastering these skills, but rather providing the basic's. 

The basic instructor training course objectives are, upon successful completion of the course. The individual student will have gained a working knowledge through practical demonstrations and exercises, acquiring sufficient exposure to the methods used in instructing others in an adult learning environment where they can successfully function as a trainer/instructor in a adult learning environments.
